Welcome to another edition of the Monday Montage blog hop!

Choose Happiness

Today’s card features the Choose Happiness stamp set, and the splatters are from Gorgeous Grunge.  This set has become one of my favorites from the catalog, which has really surprised me because it’s so different than the type of sets I normally pick.

Choose Happiness

The color scheme is Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake, and Island Indigo. I added a couple of pearls to the Choose Happiness greeting and added linen thread to complete the card.

It’s time for another round of the Monday Montage blog hop! I’m excited to share a card using a few products from the new catalog.

Choose Happiness

For this card I chose to use one of the 3×4 cards from the Happiness Is Project Life Collection.  While these cards are great for scrap booking, they can also be used to create cute cards.

Choose Happiness

I used the stamp set Choose Happiness for the images and sentiment on this card. If you look closely, you will notice yellow rhinestones near the bottom right corner of the card. I was able to color them using the new Blendabilities markers. How cool is that? I also added a strip of Moonlight DSP across the bottom of the card.

It’s time for another edition of the Monday Montage Blog Hop!

I’m really excited to share this scrapbook page with you. I LOVE how it turned out!

Peachy Keen

This page features the Peachy Keen stamp set and the coordinating framelits named On Film. I also used Gorgeous Grunge to stamp the background of the page. Then I added some Retro Fresh Washi Tape at the bottom of the page.  If you look closely, you will notice a designer button. I created this button by adding washi tape to a Basic Metal Button and threaded Whisper White Baker’s Twine through it. I finished the page off by stitching around it with my sewing machine.

Thanks for stopping by, and remember to continue the hop just click back or next.

Build A Cupcake

Making the tag featured on the card was very simple with the Angled Tag Topper punch.  Then I simply stamped and punched the cupcake images from the Create A Cupcake stamp set. Next I finished the tag off by adding a little Real Red ribbon and tying a small bow using Pool Party Baker’s Twine.

Eggceptional Easter

With Easter right around the corner, I chose to share a quick MDS card with you today.  My Digital Studio is perfect for creating cards for all the special holidays when you plan to send out many cards, but you don’t quite have the time to sit down and individually stamp them. This card features the Eggceptional Easter Digital Kit.

I printed the card through the Stampin’ Up! print service. Then I finished the card off by adding a few rhinestones.

Welcome to the Monday Montage Blog Hop!

Good Times MDS

Today I’m sharing a scrapbook page I created in My Digital Studio.  This winter has been unusually cold here in Texas, and I was dreaming of summer when I created this page.  Anyone else ready for sunshine and warm weather?

The pictures featured on this page are of my sister during our trip to the beach last May. Polaroids are really popular right now so I chose to create polaroid frames for each of the pictures.  I mainly used images from the Hello There Kit as well as stamps from Chevron Punch Kit.

Chevron Punch Kit #130982, Hello There Kit #133374, Moments Ago Stamp Brush Set #135717, Eggceptional Easter Kit (doily punch) #129362

You’re Lovely

» 6 February, 2014 » Cards, Clean & Simple » 0 comments

This is a pocket card made using the You’re Lovely stamp set.  It also showcases the Watercolor Wonder DSP.

You're Lovely

To make the pocket card simply cut your card base 4 1/4” x 11”.  Then score at 1” and 5 1/2”.   Add DSP of your choice to the bottom of the card, and fold on the score lines to finish the card base. Finish it off by tieing some pretty ribbon around the small folded section at the top.

You're Lovely pocket

Here is what it looks like with the pocket pulled out.  All that’s left now is adding a little message, and it’s ready to go in the mail!

Banner Blast

» 4 February, 2014 » Cards, Clean & Simple » 0 comments

Today I’m showing you a cute card made using the Banner Blast stamp set offered during Sale-a-bration.  I also used the coordinating punch that is being offered.

Banner Blast

This card came together pretty quickly. I simply stamped each banner design that I wanted to use on a small scrap piece of Whisper White, and then used the banner punch to punch them out.  I also used the banner punch to cut the banner shape on the ends of the Silver Glimmer Paper.

Banner Blast Up Close

It’s a little difficult to see in the picture but I created a polka dot background on the black layer to replicate the cute pattern on the banner. I simply stamped all over using the eraser end of a pencil and dipping it in Versamark.  Then I embossed it in clear embossing powder.

So you may be wondering how you can get this awesome set or punch. All you have to do is place a $50 order and you can pick from a selection of several stamp sets and accessories FREE! How awesome is that!

See Ya Later

See ya later birthday

This card was made using the See Ya Later stamp set, which is one of the free sets you can choose with every $50 of merchandise you order.

The background is embossed with the dots embossing folder on Pool Party Core’dinations Card Stock. Then I used a sanding block to distress the dots.  The DSP used on the flag piece is another free option during Sale-a-bration.  It’s called Sweet Sorbet. I finished the card off by adding a little zigzag stitching and a small rhinestone.

Right now this set is my favorite set offered for Sale-a-bration. Let me know what sab item is your favorite in the comments.
